Family Caregivers Program To Be Offered To East Hanover Residents

The program provides practical skills for stress management, coping and problem-solving.

EAST HANOVER, NJ — The East Hanover and Roseland Health Departments will offer Stress Busting for Family Caregivers, a free, evidence-based nine-week program designed to support family caregivers of people living with chronic illness and/or dementia.

The program will consist of weekly 90-minute sessions in a small-group setting in East Hanover.

Participants will receive support and education focused on caring for themselves while also caring for a loved one.

Dates and times have not yet been finalized. There is no charge to participate.
