Family Nature Connection Class @ Essex Environmental Center

Come join this fun and exciting class to help thread family connections . Registration required through Environmental Center, Call (973) 228-8776 to register.

In this class you will learn simple techniques for enhancing awareness of the subtle sights and sounds in nature which often go overlooked. Whether it’s the deer bedding carefully camouflaged 10 feet from you, or the sly fox passing behind you as you walk, by using techniques such as conscious movement, tracking, stillness, deep listening, and bird language you will begin to flow more silently through the forest as you enhance your sensitivity and awareness of all the life and presence that abounds. You will also learn and practice the art of asking questions which will enhance mentoring for our children, and our own internal process, helping us all to connect deeper with the natural world and experience more interactions with wildlife.

$30 per person/$10 for each additional family member.
