Hanover Weighs 5-Lot Malapardis Road Plan, Public Land Dedication
A Whippany developer wants to split 25 Malapardis Road into five lots, including one parcel for Hanover Township.
EAST HANOVER, NJ — Hanover Township will soon be deciding whether to approve a proposal that divide a property into five lots with four of them being used for new single-family homes.
The Township's planning board on Tuesday, June 16 will be reviewing a final subdivision application from Whippany developer Aishwarya Realty Hanover LLC for 25 Malapardis Road.
The 25 Malapardis Road proposal also includes one parcel of land —Lot 22.05 — that if approved would be dedicated to Hanover Township.

It is not known at the time what the land would be used for but the lot is 7,464 square feet.
The township will also be reviewing exceptions the developers has requested and what environmental effects may come with the development.

The 25 Malapardis Road proposal was first submitted to the township in October 2025.
The planning board will make a final decision by July 15.
