Harassment, Drugs Top Florham Park Police Blotter

Police say a borough woman was harassing a neighbor for months.

FLORHAM PARK, NJ— A borough woman was arrested after police say she harassed a neighbor for months.

Tracey B. Cadigan, age 46, was arrested on March 13. Florham Park Police say a neighbor first complained about harassment in October, but that it continued into March. Cadigan was charged with harassment and released pending a court date.

February 26, 2017 at 1:40 a.m.: Jonathan A. Bello, 35 from Newark, was charged with DWI, reckless driving, driving without a license and improper use of multi-beam headlamps.

March 7, 2017 at 9:41 a.m.: Kaitlyn Gonzalez, 19 from Bergenfield, was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended and making an improper U-turn.

March 9, 2017 at 10:45 p.m.: Nadia A. Spates, 19, from Newark, NJ was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia

March 24, 2017 at 1:00 a.m.: Alexander P. Van Rees, 28, from Morristown, NJ was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a car, DWI, reckless driving and operating on a flat tire.
