3 Candidates To Run For East Windsor School Board Election
Three Board members have terms expiring in 2021. See who's running for a seat on the Board of Education this November.
EAST WINDSOR, NJ — Three candidates are vying for three open seats on the East Windsor Board of Education in the upcoming November elections, according to the Mercer County Clerk's office.
There are seven seats on the East Windsor BOE.
Here are the candidates:

- Jagruti Patel (Accountability Accessible Achievements)
- Colleen Murphy
- Robert Laverty
Patel and Murphy are running for three-year terms while Lavert is vying for a two-year term.
The three Board members with terms expiring in 2021 are Laverty who is Board president, Murphy, and Christina Lands who is not running for reelection.

While BOE elections in New Jersey are bi-partisan, the lines are being blurred in Morris County this year, with the GOP backing a few candidates.
