3 Candidates Vying For Seats On East Windsor BOE
All candidates are seeking three-year terms.
EAST WINDSOR, NJ — Three candidates are seeking to fill three open seats on the East Windsor Regional School District Board of Education, according to Mercer County officials.
The last day to file applications to run for the BOE race was Monday 4 p.m. All candidates are seeking three-year terms.
Two incumbents — Nicole LaRusso and Bertrand B. Fougnies — are seeking reelection. LaRusso, who currently serves as vice president of the Board, is seeking her third term. Fougnies is seeking his third non-consecutive term. He served as a Board member between 2014 and 2017 and returned in 2020.

Ram K. Ramachandran, whose term expires in 2022 is not seeking re-election. Jagruti Patel is running for the vacant seat under the slogan "Accountability, Accessible, Achievements."
Election in New Jersey will be held on Nov. 8.
