Charles L. Leigh Jr., 90, Electrician and Veteran

Charles L. Leigh Jr., 90, of Hightstown, passed away Nov. 18 in the University Medical Center at Princeton.

Born in Hopewell, Leigh lived in Hightstown most of his life. He worked as an electrician at RCA Astro in East Windsor and was a World War II Army veteran. He was an avid gardener and member of the Autumn Club and the First Presbyterian Church of Hightstown.

Son of the late C. Lester and Isabelle Leigh and brother of the late Gladys Ettenger and Katherine Daetwyler, he is survived by his wife of 64 years, Marion Blake Leigh; one son, Charles L. Leigh III of Hamilton; one daughter and son-in-law, Barbara L. and Peter J. Klapsogeorge of Hightstown; one sister, Doris Moore of Florida; four grandchildren, Michelle, Jennifer, Peter Jr. and Mallory, and many nieces and nephews.
