Cal Ripken T-Ball
The Green Giants, sponsored by Rita’s Water Ice and Reflections Hair & Nail Studio Bears played to a 12-12 tie. The Giants had Josh Greenberg who made excellent throws to 1st Base and hit 3 for 3. Assisting him were Jiana and Riya Karukapily who also went 3 for 3. The Bears were led by the offense of Nell Richardson and Ben Dubrule and his magic bat, which helped him get 3 grand slams and on the defensive there were solid throws to first by Sean Alhadef.
The Reflections Hair and Nail Studio Bears hosted the Rita’s Water Ice Green Giants to a rousing game of T-ball. The Green Giants were led by Ben Ng and who each went 6 for 6 with 2 screaming line drives while Hailey Pondlesny had a grand slam and on the defensive side Nicholas Walsh who should receive a golden glove for his defense. Meanwhile, the Bears had a strong showing by Matthew Rogers who went 3 for 3 and stopped 2 line drives. He was helped by Matthew and Kevin Clarke who worked the corners like they have been playing the positions for years.
The Dom's Service Center Red Ninjas and J. Russo Pavers Blue Bombers played 2 tie games last weekend. For the Blue Bombers, Tucker DeBruyn and Owen Madden led the offense with Cole and Dylan Cifrodelli playing great defense. The Red Ninjas got key hits from Jason Capre and Jason Shumsky along with outstanding defense by Brooke Leaver and Evan Lesser.

Cal Ripken Rookie
The Diversified Rack & Shelving Blue Bombers and Brace Place Purple Dragons played to a 15-15 tie. The bombers were led by Kelly McAleer's and Keenan Reiss's grand slams while Gavin Brown pitched a gem. The Purple Dragons were led by Archie Dyke hitting 2 home runs and Anna Radigan and Brianna Titus pitching.

Cal Ripken Minor
In first game of minor playoffs, the Scotto's Pizza Huskies defeated CCL Label Dominators 7-2. The Huskies were led by great pitching performances from Kyle Reiss and Sean McAleer and huge hits and RBI's from Tim Cookson and Ian Pratt. The Dominators were led by very good pitching performance from Jordan Sobers and Griffin Burd, while the 2 runs came from Ike Marino and Jacob Descoteau.
In second round game, the Scotto's Pizza Huskies defeated Brothers Pizza Green Gators 8-7. The Huskies were led by Sean McAleer and Tyler Shumsky pitching performance, and game winning 3-run double from Nick Newman. The Gators were led by Jonathan Drews great pitching hitting from Michael Drews and Jeremy Bogan.
In the second round of HEWYBL Minor Division playoff games, there was a very exciting game between the Mazhu Restaurant Ninjas and the CCL Label Dominators. The game was dictated by the pitching staff of both teams shutting down the other sides. The Ninjas had and an all-star performance with the pitching of Josh Demino who was backed up by some super players. Zachary Greenberg, Nico Leaver, Andrew Mazurek, Bryan Pena, Aidan Shannon, Carlo Miguel Gonzales, Jacob Eufemia, Andrew DeFontes, and Joseph Carlisi all had an all star-season which ended in a 1-0 loss, eliminating them from the playoffs. The CCL Label Dominators had their own all-star pitching by Griffin Burd, who was supported with outstanding efforts by Jacob Descoteau, Joshua Rubinstein, Connor Leoutsacos, Ike Marino, Luc Marino, Fadil Meeran, Jordan Sobers, Jackson Switsky, and Spencer Taussig.
