Burglary Of Auto, False Police Report, Shoplifting: East Windsor Police Blotter

The following is a summary of incidents as reported by Princeton Police:

EAST WINDSOR, NJ — On Sept. 18, at 12:57 p.m., an officer arrested a Trenton resident for shoplifting $258.05 worth of merchandise at Walmart. The 26-year-old was released on a complaint summons pending court action.

On Sept. 18, at 5:30 p.m., an officer charged a Plainsboro resident with filing a false police report after falsely claiming that her vehicle was burglarized.

On Sept. 20, at 9:11 p.m., an officer responded to Bolton Road for a citizen dispute. A Hamilton resident exited her vehicle and started a confrontation with the victim. The woman proceeded to enter the victim’s vehicle and steal a diaper bag. Additionally, the 43-year-old broke a windshield wiper off of the vehicle. The woman was charged on a complaint summons pending court action.
