CMA Recognizes East Windsor's Kelli Bosko with Crew Star Award for Dedication

Princeton Junction, N.J. – June 3, 2015 – Creative Marketing Alliance (CMA), a full-service marketing firm located in Princeton Junction, New Jersey, announced today that Kelli Bosko was recognized with its quarterly Crew Star award. Bosko demonstrates the company’s core values, while her team spirit attitude and professionalism shine every day.

As interactive coordinator, Bosko’s primary responsibility is to manage web design and programming for clients. “As an interactive coordinator I do a little bit of everything - designing websites, digital ads, programming, web maintenance, eBlasts and eNewsletters,” Bosko said. “It is very rewarding to take a customer’s ideas and vision and turn it into a digital reality.”

“Kelli is passionate about all clients she works with and gives it her all with every project. Kelli takes what she does for each client extremely seriously to ensure she produces the best product possible,” said CMA President and CEO Jeffrey Barnhart. “Kelli is in a high demand position across the entire agency and needs to be accommodating to all. The Crew Star award recognizes a team member each quarter for his or her dedication to the company’s core values, instilling these positive principals to the team, while also enhancing the company’s culture.

Bosko has been employed at CMA for more than three years after participating in CMA’s internship program and has demonstrated CMA’s core values, enthusiasm, professionalism and meticulous quality—to name a few—since the beginning. She also excelled in CMA’s intern program while she was in school.

With this award, Bosko will receive a reserved parking spot in the employee lot, lunch with CMA’s executive team, a gift certificate to a local restaurant and a prominently displayed headshot in the CMA lobby with past Crew Star winners.
