DUI, Reckless Driving: East Windsor Police Blotter

The East Windsor Police blotter dated Aug. 3 had the following reports:

EAST WINDSOR, NJ – On July 31 at 12:59 a.m., an officer conducted a motor vehicle stop after seeing the vehicle failing to maintain its lane of travel. The driver exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest after failing field sobriety tests. The driver, a 32-year-old East Windsor resident, was later released pending court action.

On Aug. 2 at 2:56 a.m., an officer conducted a motor vehicle stop after observing the vehicle stopped on Route 33 facing the opposite direction of traffic. The driver exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest after failing field sobriety tests. The 29-year-old New York resident was later released pending court action.
