East Windsor Man Charged With Child Porn, Providing Fake ID: Cops
Maruthavanan Seeni Nadar has been confined to his home without access to the internet or electronic devices.

EAST WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, NJ - An East Windsor man has been charged with sharing child pornography on the internet, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri announced on Friday.
Maruthavanan Seeni Nadar, 33, was arrested on Dec. 27, 2018, by detectives with the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office.
At that time, Nadar was charged with possession and distribution of child pornography, both second-degree crimes. This week, detectives filed an additional charge of obstructing the administration of law against Nadar.

On Friday, a judge ordered that he be put on home detention and barred from using the internet and electronic devices, according to Onofri.
In March 2018, detectives with the New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force received a cybertip from the NJSP Digital Technology Investigations Unit regarding the uploading of child pornography to the internet by an East Windsor resident, Onofri said.

An investigation determined that resident was Nadar, Onofri said. When they attempted to arrest him at his home, he initially lied to detectives, telling them his name was Madham Kaliamma. Further investigation revealed his true name, Onofri said.
