East Windsor Opens Applications For Free, Reduced School Meals

Students who are unable to pay for meals in schools will be served under the National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program.

EAST WINDSOR, NJ — Students from the East Windsor Regional School District can now apply for free and reduced lunch program for the 2020-2021 school year.

Students who are unable to pay for meals in schools will be served under the National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program. Applications opened on Monday.

Families living within the school district, whose household income is less than or equals federal guidelines are eligible for the program.

Forms are available online through the Parent Genesis Portal.

While parents are encouraged to apply online for the lunch program, paper applications are also available in the front office of schools. Only one application is required per family.

Families need to re-apply for the program at the start of each school year. Students who were approved for the previous school year will retain their eligibility status until Oct. 21, 2020.

All applications need to be submitted by Sep. 30.
