Before we go any further, I know what you're thinking... "I've never been on a mini-trampoline before, I'm unbalance, I'll fall, I'm uncoordinated, I'm unfit, I haven't exercised in years, I won't be able to keep up, It will be too hard..." (should I keep going? :-D ). Here's my response: I maintain a safe environment. Jumps are as high or low as you are comfortable. Coordination gets easier with every class. As long as you have fun and move your body somehow, you'll be burning! If you're worried about falling, stay near the wall. Some mini-trampolines even come with stability bars to hold onto! If you need a break mid-song, then take a break. I'm not scary, I don't have a whistle. I will push you past your comfort zone, but if I didn't then I wouldn't be a good trainer. Recently, fitness boot camp programs have become largely popular for their ability to quickly burn fat. This puts A LOT of stress on your joints, and I have seen many unconditioned and conditioned exercisers develop joint problems (myself included).
