Description: This course includes information on Lamaze breathing/relaxation, epidurals, cesarean section, and signs and symptoms of postpartum depression. Also included is an Introduction to Infant Massage. Please register expecting mother only. Price is per couple.
Enrollment: Classes should be enrolled between 28 weeks and 32 weeks. Health Start Patients are Free. Confirmation letter will be mailed Bring a pillow and 2 blankets to class. Wear comfortable clothing.
