MCCC Invites Families to Camps Open House

Mercer County Community College (MCCC) invites families to a Summer Camps Open House on Sunday, Jan. 22, noon to 3 p.m., in the Student Center on the West Windsor campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road. (Snow date: Sunday, Jan. 29.)

Directors will be on hand to provide overviews of all camp programs and answer questions about scheduling, staffing and pricing. Tours of MCCC's extensive facilities will be available, including computer labs, Olympic-size swimming pool, tennis courts, and cafeteria.

The camp season run from June 19 through August 18.

MCCC's long-running programs for children ages 6-17 are: Camp College, offered in two sessions (June 26 to July 20 and July 24 to August 17); one-week, full- and half-day Specialty Camps (June 19 to August 18); Sports Camps, including 23 separate one-week sessions focused on 9 different sports (June 19 to August 11); and Tomato Patch Visual and Performing Arts Workshops, offered in two sessions (June 26 to July 20 for 8th through 12th graders and July 24 to August 10 for 5th through 7th graders).

Before and after-camp care is available for all programs. Families will be able to submit their camp registration forms at the Open House, guaranteeing the widest selection from Mercer's offerings.
