No Grace Period For Property Tax Payments In East Windsor Despite Delay
Payments are due Sept. 1.

EAST WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, NJ — There will be no grace period on property tax payments for the third quarter, despite a delay in sending bills out, East Windsor Township officials announced on Monday. Tax bills will be mailed out on Aug. 7, and will be due by Sept. 1. Interest will accrue on payments not received by the deadline.
Delays in the State Budget Adoption Process, including a brief shut down of New Jersey state government, resulted in a delay for state aid figures for the year being released by the state. This results in a delay of residents receiving their property tax bills.
