Peddie School Makes New List Of NJ's Best For 2020
The Peddie School made a new 2020 ranking of the top schools at every grade level in New Jersey.
HIGHTSTOWN, NJ — The Peddie School made a recent list that ranks New Jersey school districts based on any grade level, public and private, in New Jersey.
Niche.com, which specializes in all different types of rankings, has released a 2020 list that is a bit different than the usual rankings the company is known for. In this one, Niche has ranked what it says are the top 300 schools in New Jersey, both private and public schools. It includes elementary, middle and high schools all in the same list.
The Peddie School, a private boarding school in Hightstown, was ranked No. 8 in the state. Private schools took the first three out of four spots. It is important to remember that every school on this top 300 list received either an A+ or an A for an overall score from Niche.

The Peddie School earned an A+ overall, as well as A+ grades for academics, teachers, clubs and activities and college prep. It earned an A for diversity and an A- for sports.
It has 550 students in grades 9-12 with a student-teacher ratio of 6 to 1, according to Niche. Tuition is $58,100 for the highest grade offered. After graduation, 100% of students from this school go on to attend a 4-year college.
