Possession Of CDS, DUI, Warrant: East Windsor Police Blotter

The following is a summary of incidents as reported by East Windsor Police:

EAST WINDSOR, NJ — On Sept. 6 at 3:21 p.m., an officer arrested the defendant for driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the parking lot. Additionally, the Belmar, NJ resident was found to be in possession of suspected heroin, crack cocaine, prescription medication, and drug paraphernalia. The 35-year-old was later released in accordance with John’s Law and on a summons pending court action.

On Sept. 7 at 10:08 p.m., an officer arrested the defendant for driving under the influence following an investigation into a single-car motor vehicle collision. The East Windsor resident left the scene but was located a short distance away. The 57-year-old was released in accordance with John’s Law.

On Sept. 9 at 6:35 p.m., an officer arrested an East Windsor resident for a North Brunswick warrant following a motor vehicle stop. The 24-year-old was released on his own recognizance.
