Possession Of Cocaine, Shoplifting: East Windsor Police Blotter

The East Windsor Police blotter dated April 19 contained the following reports:

EAST WINDSOR, NJ – On April 18 at 2:51 p.m., an officer who was at Walmart for an unrelated matter, was told that a person attempted to leave the store without paying for merchandise. The woman was placed under arrest and later released pending court action.

On April 19 at 4:01 a.m., an officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 133 after seeing the vehicle had failed to maintain its lane of travel. The driver, a resident of Lawrenceville, exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. A search of the driver found he was in possession of cocaine, authorities said. The man was later released pending court action.
