Reckless Driving, Possession Of Heroin: East Windsor Police Blotter

A PA man was driving west in the eastbound lanes of Route 33. Police have charged him with DUI.

EAST WINDSOR, NJ – East Windsor police blotter released Feb.2, contained the following reports:

On Jan. 29 at 11:09 p.m., an officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 33 after noticing the vehicle traveling west in the eastbound lanes. The driver, a 34-year-old from Philadelphia, exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest after failing field sobriety tests, police said. He was later released pending court action.

On Feb. 1 at 11:05 a.m., an officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 130 after seeing a vehicle failing to maintain its lane of travel. Investigation revealed that both occupants were in possession of CDS and CDS paraphernalia. The occupants of the car, both residents of Neptune City were placed under arrest and later released pending court action.
