The Smoke-N-Grill Celebrates Silverware Anniversary in Catering

Pete Curran, owner of The Smoke-N-Grill, recently announced the revered New Jersey BBQ establishment is not only celebrating five years offering catering to its customers, but its first anniversary as a restaurant. “We have proudly served the people of New Jersey authentic Southern, Eastern and Midwestern BBQ dishes for the past five years, whether it be through our catering service or now at our in-house restaurant,” said pit master Curran.

The cut-to-order cafeteria-style BBQ restaurant features regional BBQ from Carolina to Texas under one roof. Restaurant patrons can either dine in or carry out. Signature dishes include Lone Star State brisket, North Carolina pulled pork and Baltimore pit beef. As for catering, The Smoke-N-Grill, which has 4.5 out of 5 stars on Yelp, serves private parties and corporate events. Its catering menu features rack of ribs, smoked chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers and much more.
