Theft Of A Credit Card, Eluding, DUI: East Windsor Police Blotter

The East Windsor Police blotter dated April 23 had the following reports:

The following is a summary of incidents as reported by East Windsor Police:

On April 17 at 1:51 a.m. an officer arrested a Texas resident for driving under the influence following a motor vehicle stop. The 20-year-old was released in accordance with John’s Law.

On April 20, a woman reported that she left her wallet in a shopping cart at Target and then was alerted to several fraudulent charges on her credit card totaling $123.20 at three different locations. The case was assigned to a detective who identified the suspect. The suspect, a Monroe resident, responded to police headquarters and was served with a complaint summons pending court action.

On Feb. 18, around 12:18 a.m., an officer initiated a traffic stop; however, the driver fled from the stop. The officer identified the man and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On April 21, around 9:09 a.m., the 23-year-old Westhampton resident turned himself in at East Windsor police headquarters. He was taken to Mercer County Corrections pending a court hearing.
