Volunteers Collect Almost 360 Pounds Of Trash In East Windsor
The stream cleanup at Etra Lake Park was held on April 13 in East Windsor.

EAST WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, NJ - A total of 48 volunteers collected 357 pounds of litter at Etra Lake Park as part of East Windsor’s stream cleanup on April 13, township officials announced.
The cleanup was co-sponsored by the township and The Watershed Institute, in cooperation with the Americorps Watershed Ambassador Program. Participants included young people and adults.
The Watershed Institute provided T-shirts and refreshments. The Watershed Institute works with residents, municipal, county, and state leaders, and local groups on a wide variety of initiatives and actions to plan smart, grow community and preserve and protect our natural resources.
