Weichert's East Windsor Office To Host Pet Adoption Day With Animal Friends For Education And Welfare

Cheryl Poeder, manager of Weichert, Realtors’ East Windsor sales office, announced that they will be hosting a Pet Adoption Day on Saturday, August 8, 2015 with Animal Friends for Education and Welfare to help place animals in their forever homes.

Members of the community interested in adopting an animal are invited to attend the event which is scheduled to take place between 10AM and 2PM at the Weichert, Realtors East Windsor office located at 417 Route 130. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact and play with a variety of cats and dogs. Volunteers from the organization will be on site to answer any questions you may have regarding an animal, their history or the adoption process.

Animal Friends for Education and Welfare (A.F.E.W.) is not an animal shelter, but a network of foster homes that provide housing and socialization for the animals until a forever home is found. A.F.E.W. also works to raise public awareness of animal issues.
