When Is The Deadline To Apply For Vote By Mail Ballots In the Nov. 8 Elections?

The deadline to apply to Vote By Mail in the Nov. 8 general elections is Tuesday, Nov. 1, if applying by mail.
The deadline to apply in person is Nov. 7, 3 p.m. at the Mercer County Clerk’s Office. The clerk’s office is located on the seventh floor at 240 West State Street in Trenton.
Vote by mail applications are available online at www.njelections.org. Vote by Mail applications can be obtained and returned and a vote by mail ballot is available at the Mercer County Clerk's Office.
The Mercer County Clerk's Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

- Sunday, Oct. 30, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.;
- Wednesday, Nov. 2, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.;
- Thursday, Nov. 3, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.;
- Saturday, Nov. 5, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; and
- Sunday, Nov. 6, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
All mail ballots must be mailed or returned to the Mercer County Board of Elections, also located at 640 South Broad Street, Trenton, by Tuesday, Nov. 8, 8 p.m.
The Board of Elections is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., but will be open one-half hour after the extended county clerk satellite office hours; and on Tuesday, Nov. 8 until 8 p.m., for the purpose of dropping off completed ballots.
