9 Candidates Are Vying For 3 Seats On Edison Board Of Education

EDISON, NJ — It's a crowded field in the Edison Board of Education elections this year. Nine candidates are vying for three open seats in the upcoming November elections, according to the Middlesex County Clerk's office.

There are nine seats on the Edison Public Schools BOE.

Two incumbents, Biral Patel and Elizabeth M. Conway are seeking reelection.

While BOE elections in New Jersey are bi-partisan, the lines are being blurred in Morris County this year, with the GOP backing a few candidates.
