EDISON, N.J. — The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is coming to Menlo Park Mall on Saturday, May 16, as part of the iconic pink truck's 2026 U.S. tour.
The truck will be parked at 55 Parsonage Road from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The stop is one of four the truck is making in the New York-New Jersey area this spring.
The visit is part of the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck's 10th Anniversary celebration. Fans can purchase limited-edition merchandise including keychains, thermal bottles, mugs, tumblers, T-shirts, blankets, sweatshirts and Hello Kitty Cafe plush toys. New items debuting at the Edison stop include a Hello Kitty Cafe Zip Sweatshirt, Hello Kitty Cafe Mugs and new T-shirt designs.
Sweet treats available for purchase include 10th Anniversary cookies, five-piece macaron sets and madeleines. The truck accepts credit and debit cards only — no cash.
The Edison stop follows earlier New Jersey and New York appearances. The truck will visit Westfield Garden State Plaza in Paramus on May 2 and The Shops at Skyview in Flushing, N.Y., on May 9.
After Edison, the tour continues to Bridgewater Commons on May 23 before heading to Boston on May 30.
