Edison Library To Host Blues Guitarist Tal Naccarato In August

EDISON, NJ — The Edison Public Library's Main Branch will host a live blues performance featuring guitarist and songwriter Tal Naccarato next month.

"The Blues: America's Sound — Tal Naccarato Live & Unplugged" is set for Sunday, August 23 at 2 p.m. at the library, located at 340 Plainfield Avenue. The event will showcase a range of vintage guitars as Naccarato discusses the history of the blues and performs solo-acoustic selections from both traditional blues repertoire and his original music.

Naccarato is a composer, songwriter and teacher whose musical roots trace from the Italian mountain village of Fiumefreddo Bruzio to East Flatbush, Brooklyn, according to the library. His original work blends folk, Americana, rock and blues with classical guitar technique.
