There comes a point where the structure of your life starts to change. As kids grow up (and sometimes move back in), and aging parents need more from you, the roles you've held for years begin to shift.
Many women reach the midlife stage carrying years (sometimes decades) of being the one who adapts, organizes, anticipates, and holds things together for others. Over time, that creates a gap between how you live and what you actually have capacity for.
The Close Circle an affordable weekly life coaching space for women navigating the in-between. This program helps to manage midlife transitions by making more deliberate choices and caring for yourself instead of overextending and hoping for the best.
This space is especially supportive if:
- You are pulled between caring for others and wanting space for yourself
- You’re navigating changes with your children, parents, or partner
- You’re noticing resentment, exhaustion, or a loss of direction
- You want to make more intentional decisions instead of reacting at last minute
Designed as a continuous 5-week commitment, this program is intended to support you through midlife transitions with your cohort. The first cohort of the program will meet for 5 weeks, between April 8th through May 6th. Wednesday 8:30-9:30pm. 5 seats available.
By the end of the 5-week engagement, you will be more equipped to:
- Navigate midlife family dynamics
- Understand and balance your emotional capacity
- Regulate your nervous system and respond rather than react
- Identify and use your support systems effectively
