NJ’s Top Cooking Influencer “@leahscucina” to Launch Cookbook at Orchard Park by David Burke

Leah Victoria, creator of Leah's Cucina @leahscucina, will debut her cookbook And That’s Dinner! at Orchard Park by David Burke, located in the Chateau Grande Hotel on Friday, October 9 from 7-9 p.m.

Ticket price includes her cookbook - to be signed at the event – and entry to a sumptuous cocktail-style event hosted by Orchard Park by David Burke. There will be dancing with DJ Ravi; passed hors d’oeuvres; four action stations featuring Nanina’s Gourmet Sauces; a New Jersey wine tasting table featuring Amalthea Cellars; a cash/credit card bar serving artfully mixed cocktails and mocktails, fine wines and a seasonal signature cocktail from And That’s Dinner!

The cookbook launch event will take place on the chic Orchard Terrace, a fully protected outdoor patio with sassy European vibe and comfy furnishings, fire features, heaters, dining area and full bar. Leah will also hold a cookbook signing of And That’s Dinner!

The 240-page hardcover cookbook - “And That’s Dinner: Flexible Recipes to Cook Smarter, Not Harder” (DK 2026) - is a collection of adaptable, no-stress dishes to cook for family and friends every night of the week.

The internationally awarded celebrity Chef David Burke, will also make an appearance to celebrate Leah’s cookbook launch. Chef Burke, owner of numerous restaurants and culinary businesses, recognizes the enormous effort and endless passion packed into each dish, whether created for a posh restaurant or for the home table. He is a cookbook author, inventor, holds numerous awards and was recently inducted into the NJ Hall of Fame for his worldwide culinary contributions.
