Cedar Hill Prep Launches Global Issues Pitch Competition
Grades 7-8 students research global challenges and pitch original solutions in a week-long summer program.
Cedar Hill Preparatory School, a Somerset, NJ Preschool to 8 International Baccalaureate Candidate School, will host its Global Issues Change Maker Pitch Comp
etition for students in Grades 7-8, August 17-21, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Over the week, students will research global issues, work through a six-step problem-solving process, and design innovative solutions, culminating in a Final Pitch Competition where they present their ideas.

Cedar Hill Prep to Offer Future City Design Program
Cedar Hill Preparatory School, a Somerset, NJ Preschool to 8 International Baccalaureate Candidate School, will host its Future City Design Program for students in Grades 7-8, August 24-28, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Students will build, design, and showcase model cities made from recycled materials, exploring engineering and creativity throughout the week. The program ends with a student showcase of completed model cities.
Enrollment is limited to 20 students. Cost is $500.
