Edison To Host Lunar New Year Parade On Saturday
The parade will begin at 1 p.m., kicking off on Division Street.
EDISON, NJ – Lunar New Year is this Saturday and there are many ways to welcome the year of the rabbit.
Edison Township will be hosting its annual Lunar New Year Parade and celebrations on Saturday.
The parade will begin at 1 p.m., kicking off on Division Street, heading to Lincoln Highway (Rt. 27) northbound and ending at the Municipal Building.

Celebrations will continue at Lake Papaianni until 4 p.m. Expect music, food and vendors. There will also be a meet and greet with Miss Central Jersey USA 2023 and former Miss New Jersey American in 2019.
Lunar New Year is celebrated throughout many East and Southeast Asian cultures. It usually begins with the arrival of the first new moon of the year, according to History.com.
