The 25-year-old pled guilty to selling drugs that killed another person, the prosecutor said.

EDISON, NJ — An Edison man pled guilty on Tuesday to selling the heroin that killed another man, Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew Carey said.

Emile “Oatmeal” Constable Jr., 25, pled guilty to first degree strict liability for drug induced death for selling heroin mixed with fentanyl in February to a 23-year-old township man. He also pled guilty to possession of heroin and fentanyl with the intent to distribute.

Constable sold ten bags of drugs to the man, who died on Feb. 24, 2016, Carey said. He did not reveal the victim's identity.
