Edison Township To Auction 30 Vehicles March 24. Here's How To Bid

Abandoned and unclaimed vehicles will go up for auction at Edison Township Municipal Complex.

EDISON, NJ — The Township of Edison will hold a public auction of 30 vehicles on Tuesday, March 24, at the Edison Township Municipal Complex, 100 Municipal Blvd., the township said.

The vehicles came into township possession through abandonment or failure of owners to claim them, according to officials.

Prospective buyers may inspect the vehicles at the Edison Township Municipal Impound Yard, 371 Meadow Road, from 8:30 to 10 a.m. the day of the sale. For directions to the impound yard, contact Sgt. Michael Winters at MWinters@EdisonPD.org.

The auction will begin at 11 a.m. in the Council Chambers on the second floor of the Municipal Complex.

Payment is due at the time of sale and must be made in cash or by certified check. All vehicles must be removed from the impound lot within three business days of the sale and must be transported by tow truck or flatbed only.
