Jersey Mike's Subs Opening In Metuchen
For the first few days, the restaurant will run a fundraiser for the high school.
METUCHEN, NJ — Jersey Mike's Subs is opening its first Metuchen location on January 3rd. It's first few days in business will be a fundraiser for Metuchen High School.
The shop officially opens at 349 Lake Ave at 10 a.m. on that Wednesday. 10,000 coupons are being distributed that offer a free regular sub for a $2 donation to the high school. The fundraiser runs through the 7th.
The franchise location is owned by Phil Nisbet and Chris Rigassio.

Jersey Mike's is known for its variety of sub sandwiches. The Metuchen location is open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
