“Three years ago in Cranford, we began with the goal of building a fitness community that would empower people to be the best version of themselves. With the right combination of structure, coaching, and collective energy, we create an environment that allows you to break down mental and physical barriers in order to deliver maximum results,” King said.

“We are so excited to grow the King Strength and Performance family here in Metuchen and feel grateful for everyone who has been a part of this journey with us.”

Isaac Kremer, Executive Director of the Metuchen Downtown Alliance said the fitness center is a “perfect addition to the more than 100 businesses that have opened downtown since 2016. They make us even more of a destination for health and wellness thanks to the fitness-related businesses that have chosen to locate here.”
