Metuchen Man Charged With Assault-By-Auto On NJ Highway
Breaking: A motorcyclist remains in the hospital following the crash, the Hudson County Proseuctor said.

METUCHEN, NJ — A Metuchen man was charged with assault-by-auto following a crash on the Pulaski Skyway in Kearny, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
Robert Woods, 65, from Metuchen, was charged after he was involved in a crash with a motorcycle around 10 p.m. on Wednesday night, Suarez said. He was driving a GMC Envoy when the crash with the motorcycle happened.
It was not clear what specifically led to the assault-by-auto charge. Patch has reached out to the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office for more information.

The motorcyclist, a 25-year-old from Roselle Park, was thrown from the motorcycle as a result of the crash. He is currently in stable condition at University Hospital in Newark.
