Hundreds prayed at the First Presbyterian Church of Metuchen on Sunday and then took to the streets to protest ICE's arrests of two Indonesian nationals (see photos and videos below). Both, including Roby Sanger of Metuchen, a member of the church, were arrested after dropping their children off at school this week.
Sanger's daughter, Caitlyn, appeared with the borough's mayor, Jonathan Busch, as well as U.S. Reps. Frank Pallone and Bonnie Watson Coleman to speak at the Borough Hall rally on Sunday. It all began with a service at the church that transformed into a march to Metuchen Borough Hall.
