A New Bubble Tea Spot Is Opening In Edison
Tiger Sugar will be opening its third New Jersey Location in Edison on May 28.
EDISON, NJ — Tiger Sugar, a popular international bubble tea drink chain is all set to open a store in Edison.
The store will be located at 1913 Lincoln Hwy, Route 27 and the opening date is May 28. This will be their third location in New Jersey
Tiger Sugar is a Taiwanese dessert chain known for its caramelized brown sugar syrup-striped drink.

The chain has expanded since first it opened in Taichung, Taiwan, four years ago.
“We chose Edison because of its diverse population and recent development around Festival Plaza,” said partner Shirley Yeung. "We are one of the top boba tea brands; therefore, we have to be there."

Tiger Sugar has locations across Philadelphia, New York, DC and Maryland.
According to the company, the chain uses a “proprietary cooking method,” taking up to eight hours to achieve its famous amber syrups and chewy boba with handmade tapioca pearls.
Tiger Sugar in Edison will be open seven days per week – 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday; and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Sunday.
