New Mediterranean Restaurant Prepares To Open In Metuchen

METUCHEN, NJ - Moaaz Mediterranean Grill is preparing to open its doors on Main Street in Metuchen, offering customizable Mediterranean bowls, wraps, and pasta dishes for both everyday dining and catering, according to the business.

The restaurant specializes in flavor-packed Mediterranean fare with flexible delivery options, including office catering and services for private events, the business said.

Metuchen Borough Council President Jason Delia recently visited the restaurant for an early tour ahead of its opening. In a social media post, the business thanked Delia for his support in welcoming small businesses to the borough, saying the visit included discussion of Metuchen's walkable downtown and ways to serve local families.

"We are working hard behind the scenes to get our doors open and bring fresh, authentic Mediterranean flavors to Main Street," the restaurant said. "Stay tuned, Metuchen. We can't wait to serve you soon!"

An official opening date has not yet been announced.
