New Organic Cookie Store Coming To Menlo Park Mall In Edison

EDISON, NJ — Bang Cookies, an organic cookie chain, is all set to open a new storefront at Menlo Park Mall in the summer.

This will be their fourth location in New Jersey. They have two stores in Jersey City and one planned for American Dream Mall in East Rutherford.

Started in 2016 by owner George Kuan, Bang Cookies makes all-natural, organic cookies. Their menu includes a variety of cookies like chocolate chip, nut, oatmeal, stuffed, bourbon, caramel and more. They also sell brownies, banana bread, cookie cakes and drinks.

Bang Cookies first started selling at a farmers' market and today bakes more than 20,000 cookies a month., according to Food Insider.

A date for the opening has not been announced yet.
