EDISON, NJ — RC Realties North LLC is seeking preliminary and final site plan approval to demolish the Infinity showroom and service building on Route 1 and replace it with a Porsche dealership.
They filed an application with the township’s planning board, according to public notice.
The new Porsche building is expected to be two stories. The ground floor is expected to be over 40,000 square feet and contain a showroom, office and inventory space, according to public notice.

The property is located in sub-area A of the Ray Catena Automotive Properties Redevelopment Area, 920 Route 1, Edison.
The planning board was expected to hear the application during Monday’s meeting. But the application hearing has been postponed. An alternate hearing date has not been announced yet.
