New Vietnamese Restaurant Celebrates Grand Opening In Edison
LUA Vietnamese Cuisine is located in the Festival Plaza off Route 27.
EDISON, NJ — LUA Vietnamese Cuisine, recently celebrated its grand opening in Edison. The restaurant which serves Vietnamese delicacies is located in the Festival Plaza off Route 27.
Mayor Sam Joshi was present for the grand opening.
"It's so exciting to be here at another grand opening in Edison. This one is really special as the owners happen to be from Edison, live in Edison right around the corner," Joshi said during the ceremony.

"Thank you for this amazing restaurant you have built in this community. We are so excited for you and everything you are going to bring to this town."
Their menu includes a variety of Pho, Bánh Mì, Bún Bò Huế, Cơm Gà Xối Mỡ and a variety of desserts including deep-fried ice cream, boba coffee flan and more. They also serve a variety of coffee including the Vietnamese traditional egg coffee.
