Pedestrian Hit In Edison Monday

Breaking: A pedestrian was hit by a car at 5:49 a.m. Monday, Oct. 9 at Woodbridge Avenue and Fox Road. These are photos from the scene.

EDISON, NJ — A pedestrian was struck by a car in the early-morning hours Monday, Oct. 9, police said. Edison police would not release many details, only to confirm that the pedestrian was struck at 5:49 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Woodbridge Avenue and Fox Road.

A driver passing by took these photos from the scene; he said the victim's shoes could be seen still on Woodbridge Ave. The condition of the pedestrian is unknown. We'll update this story with more information when we get it.
