True Food Kitchen To Open New Dining Location In Edison

The seasonally-inspired restaurant and craft bar is expected to open the first week of September.

EDISON, NJ — If you love clean and healthy eating, there's a new restaurant coming to town, that you need to check out.

True Food Kitchen, an award-winning seasonally-inspired restaurant and craft bar is opening a new location in Edison. The restaurant will be located at the Menlo Park Mall, across from Season 52.

It is expected to open the first week of September. The other location in New Jersey is in Hackensack.

The restaurant’s food philosophy is based on the principles of founder Dr. Andrew Weil’s anti-inflammatory food pyramid, according to their website. It focuses on food that helps maintain optimal health, without having to sacrifice flavor.

The menu includes dishes like edamame guacamole, edamame dumplings, spinach and mushroom pizza, grilled chicken avocado wrap, poke bowl, craft cocktails, desserts and more.

True Food Kitchen also has a wide variety of vegetarian and gluten-free options.

The restaurant has locations across 17 states including Arizona, California, Ohio, Floria, Georgia and Maryland.
