World’s Largest Go-Kart Track Scheduled To Open Dec. 16 In Edison

The 131,000-square-foot complex is located on Route 1 in Edison, right next door to Top Golf.

EDISON, NJ – Looks like we have a date and right in time for the holiday season.

The “world’s largest” indoor go-kart course in Edison is scheduled to tentatively open on Dec. 16, Supercharged Entertainment told Patch.

The 131,000-square-foot complex is located on Route 1 in Edison, right next door to Top Golf.

The facility will include 19 ax throwing lanes, more than 150 arcade games and immersive VR, bumper cars, and a drop and twist tower, the company said.

The Edison location will have high-performance electric racing machines with no carbon emissions, according to their social media page. The machines come equipped with two independent traction control 8 HP motors, lithium ion batteries for long-lasting performance, hydraulic brakes and a boost button.

The facility will also offer a full-service restaurant serving burgers, French fries, and milkshake. For those above 21, there will be two full-service bars featuring over 30 beers on tap, cocktails and specialty bar beverages, in a sports bar setting with TVs and big screens.

The company already has a complex in Wrentham, MA.

A single race in Edison will cost $29, a three-race bundle is $78 and a five-race bundle will cost $125, according to their website.

Bionic bumper cars will cost $7 a ride and a 60-minute session of ax throwing is $28 per person.
