ENGLEWOOD, NJ — The Englewood Public Library will serve as the city's official designated cooling center during the heat wave this week.
The cooling center, at 31 Engle Street, will be open Wednesday through Friday.
The facility offers a free, air-conditioned space where residents can cool off, along with amenities including free public Wi-Fi.
Officials encourage residents, particularly older adults and those vulnerable to heat-related illnesses, to take advantage of the cooling center and stay safe during the heat wave.
