ENGLEWOOD, NJ — Labor Day will pause Englewood's public works operations, but city collections will resume as scheduled Tuesday on an adjusted schedule.
The Department of Public Works will be closed Monday, September 7, according to the city.
Tuesday brings Ward 1 recycling, yard debris and bulk collection, plus garbage pickup in Wards 1 and 3. Wednesday includes Ward 2 recycling and yard debris and garbage in Wards 2 and 4.
On Thursday, crews will collect Ward 3 recycling and yard debris, Ward 1 bulk items and garbage in Wards 1 and 3. Friday includes Ward 4 recycling and yard debris, garbage in Wards 2 and 4 and scheduled metal pickup.
