ENGLEWOOD, NJ — R&B singer Joe is bringing his music to Englewood this weekend for a Saturday night performance at bergenPAC.
Joe will perform at 8 p.m. at bergenPAC, 30 North Van Brunt Street.
Tickets range from $65 to $155 and are nearly sold out, with only limited seats still available through Ticketmaster.
The seven-time Grammy nominee scored his first R&B top 10 with "I'm in Luv" in 1993 before finding crossover success with "All the Things (Your Man Won't Do)." His other hits include "I Wanna Know," "All That I Am" and "No One Comes Close."
Joe has also collaborated with Mariah Carey, Big Pun and G-Unit.
Joe grew up in South Georgia and Alabama, where he developed his singing skills in church and learned to play guitar and piano.
He later moved to New Jersey to pursue a music career, putting aside plans to study business and law at Dillard University in New Orleans.
"I'd love to be remembered in the same league as a Marvin Gaye, and I've got time," Joe said.
